Currently our Keto meals are "Keto Friendly" which means only Keto approved ingredients are used but the percentage of calories from Fat, Carbs and Protein may not be the recommended amount for a Keto Diet. We will soon be offering a Keto Authentic Menu or Standard Ketogenic Diet (SKD) which typically contains 75% fat, 20% protein and only 5% carbs. Macros will also be included for each meal.
