Baked pork   tenderloin with a side salad and roasted zucchini vegetable mix. Paleo with   Italian Dressing, Keto and Regular with Ranch Dressing.

Cajun Dirty   Rice.

Seasoned   ground beef cooked with cauliflower rice served with green beans. Keto with   almonds added to green beans, Regular with rice instead of cauliflower rice.

     Sun Dried   Tomato and Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast.

with a   roasted broccoli vegetable mix. Paleo add sweet potato mash. Keto add cheese   to broccoli. Regular with golden garlic parmesan potatoes.

     Smoked   Chicken Egg Salad Wrap.

Chopped   Chicken, Boiled Eggs bound with mayo, and green onions. Paleo and Keto on a   lettuce wrap with celery sticks, Regular on a flour tortilla wrap with potato   chips. 

     Shrimp   Ceviche.

  • Ground Beef Meatloaf served with roasted green beans and cauliflower mash. Keto with bacon and cheese on cauliflower mash.
  • Chicken Picatta.  Sliced chicken topped with a gluren and dairy free piccata made with almond flour, coconut milk and capers on a bed of zoodles.
  • Cilantro and Zucchini Ground Chicken Patties served with garlic aioli and a cauliflower rice pilaf.
  •  Baked Tilapia covered in a  dairy free cream sauce served with a broccoli vegetable mix. Keto covered with a dairy cream sauce.

  • Spinach Salad. Topped with chicken breast, boiled egg, tomatoes, bacon, and red onions with a Extra Virgin Dijon mustard.   
  • Naked Burrito Casserole.  Chicken breast baked with eggs, green chilies and tomatoes topped with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo and avocado with a side salad. Keto add cheddar cheese.    
  • Crack Slaw This meal has it all, beef, shredded veggies, gluten free soy sauce, hot sauce, and fresh cilantro. This dish is truly addictive.

  • Shrimp Cakes.  A shrimp and tilapia patty served with a serving of green beans and a garlic mushroom cauliflower rice. 
  • Nigerian Style Chicken Skillet. Chicken Breast and assorted veggies including zucchini and cauliflower seasoned with a hint of Nigerian style spices.   
  • Chicken Marsala. Herbed chicken in a marsala and mushroom sauce served over zoodles.   
  •  Italian Sausage and Vegetable Lasagna. House made ground pork sausage in a red sauce layered with fresh zucchini and eggplant baked to perfection. Keto add mozzarella cheese.   
  • Loaded Taco Sliders. Taco seasoned mini ground beef burger patties over roasted sweet potato "buns" for Paleo or over toasted cheese shells for Keto topped with shredded lettuce, guacamole and chipotle ranch.  Both served with a side salad with a house made Lime Cilantro Dressing.

  •  Curry Chicken Salad. Golden raisins, celery. and red and green onions on lettuce leaf topped with curry chicken, Keto has walnuts instead of raisins. 
  • Spicy Meatballs. House made ground beef meatballs seasoned just right with a hint of hot sauce served with a serving of green bean almondine.
  • Cajun Chicken Breast. served with a serving of roasted vegetables and a side salad.

  • BLT Salad. Sliced chicken breast on a bed of romaine and spring mix topped with real bacon crumbs, tomatoes and ranch dressing.

  • Zuppa Toscano Soup. An Italian Soup made with coconut milk, Italian ground pork sausage and Kale; Paleo with sweet potatoes and Keto with cauliflower. Both with a side salad.

  • Lemon Garlic Chicken. Chicken breast simmered in a lemon garlic sauce served on a bed of green beans. Keto cooked with added fats (olive oil/butter).
  • Chicken Fajita Wrap. Take a run for the border with our house blend of south west seasoned chicken breasts Loaded with Colorful Red and Green Bell Peppers and Onions with a side of salsa.
  • Pesto Chicken and Zoodles.Spiraled Zucchini covered in our House made Pesto sauce topped with sliced chicken.
